Isfahan Province Book Fair

Isfahan Province Book Fair will be held on 31 Oct to 06 Nov, 2018 at the Isfahan International Exhibition of Iran.

Initial agreements for the International Book Fair of Isfahan were held in the meeting of the Managing Director of the International Exhibitions of Isfahan Province and the Director General of the Culture and Islamic Guidance of Isfahan Province. Details of the exhibition will be set up in the near future and made available to the public.

Managing director of Isfahan International Exhibitions Association said: “The summer of 2014, the last international book fair was held in Isfahan province, and after that, despite the efforts made, the book fair was not created.

Ali Yar Mohammadian, emphasizing that the international exhibition company of Isfahan Province made many efforts last year to hold a book fair, added: “Last year we were seriously trying to hold a book fair in all circumstances, a step towards the development and enhancement of culture.” People of Isfahan province; however, it was not possible to hold the International Book Fair of Isfahan.

Managing director of Isfahan International Exhibitions Co., arguing that the company does not have any commercial look at the book fair, emphasized: The legal procedure for holding exhibitions is that the exhibitions will hold the venue for the holding of events on a lease. But according to the social and cultural responsibilities expected for the International Exhibitions of Isfahan Province, the exhibition space of the book will be available to the Islamic Culture and Guidance Islamic Center without any cost.
