Beijing Hospitality, Catering and Food Beverage exhibition (HCSA)

The Beijing Hospitality, Catering and Food Beverage exhibition is recognized as one of the largest specialized exhibitions for the hotel, restaurant, and catering industry in Northern China. The exhibition is held with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce of China and is jointly organized by the China Federation of Commerce, the China Hotel Association, the Kitchenware Industry Chamber of Commerce under the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Beijing Tourism Industry Association, the Beijing Catering Industry Association, and the Capital Tourism Group Purchasing and Integration Center.

Founded in 2002, the Beijing Hospitality, Catering and Food Beverage exhibition has been successfully held for 18 editions to date. The event is designed to strengthen confidence among industry stakeholders, support the expansion of food supply networks, and create the most comprehensive integrated supply-and-demand platform covering the entire catering industry chain. Beijing and its surrounding regions in Northeast, North, and Northwest China, with a population of over 700 million, represent the largest emerging food and beverage market in the country.
