Mersin Furniture Exhibition held by CNR Holding affiliate company Istanbul Fuarcılık A.Ş., is getting ready to bring together leading furniture companies from all over Turkey and other countries.
Furniture is the only commodity that has a significant place in every part of our daily life, providing comfort for everyone, serving to social and cultural needs and directly affecting people’s standards of living. Urban transformation projects, population growth, increasing living standards and industry’s rising export value leads to an increase in demand for furniture.
Due to its entrepreneurial structure, the Turkish furniture industry continues to expand to new markets, becoming the 13th in the world thanks to its increasing export volume in the last 10 years. According to Istanbul Chamber of Industry’s report of the Furniture Manufacturing Sector, 2012’s export of 715 million dollars has increased to 2,2 billion dollars in 2013; the total export volume has raised 1.47%.
In accordance with the industry targets focused on being one of the 5 biggest exporter countries of furniture worldwide, we speed up our marketing activities in the Middle East, Europe, the Balkans, USA, and Africa. Our main goal is to unite Turkish furniture and potential buyers from these regions.
